Written Update for Episode 17 of Bigg Boss OTT 2 dated July 3, 2023
On Day 16 of Bigg Boss OTT 2, which airs on July 3, 2023, the housemates are roused to action by the song “blaming,” signifying the arrival of the new day.
The housemates are eager to get their day going, so they all rush to the garden dance to start making breakfast.
After Cyrus Broacha and Pooja Bhatt’s eggs are taken away, they worry about what they will eat.
Meanwhile, Falaq Naaz and Jiya Shankar argue in the bathroom area over who can use the facilities first now that the next cubicle is out of service.
As an additional task, Bigg Manager suggests the housemates vote on a potential eviction target.
The remaining contestants are Manisha Rani, Jiya, Cyrus, Bebika Dhurve, Avinash Sachdeva, and Falaq Naaz.
Jad Hadid is also in danger of being booted off the show as a result of his actions from last week.
Later, Bigg Manager gathers all of the hopefuls in the common area, where he breaks the news that Abdu Rozik is leaving.
When Bigg Manager tells the housemates that Abdu can put together a video album with four of the seven hopefuls, everyone loses their collective cool.
Abdul selects Manisha, Jad, Jiya, and Abhinav, and they immediately begin carrying out the assigned tasks.

A NOMINATING TASK!
Bigg Boss should put the reject stamp on the competitors who are recommended for eviction by the housemates.
Bebika Dhurve suggests Manisha and Jiya as a couple.
Jiya Shankar suggests Avinash Sachdev, while Cyrus Broacha suggests both of them.
Pooja Bhatt recommends Manisha Rani and Cyrus because Manisha has recently shown improvement in her ability to control her emotions and her behaviour.
Falaq Naaz adds Manisha and Cyrus to his list of nominees, while Jad nominates himself and Bebika. The rest of the occupants of the house pity Jad.
He tells them that he realises what he did was wrong, even as Bigg Boss tells him that self-nomination is not allowed.
Bigg Boss then applauds Jad for his justification of his nomination of Pooja, and Jad continues to explain his reasoning.
There Are 9 Nominees!
Abhishek Malhan proposes Falaq and Bebika, and Manisha suggests Falaq.
Bebika, Cyrus, Manisha, Jiya, Falaq, and Avinash are chosen while Jiya is on the phone with Had discussing the onion incident.
Manisha Rani intervenes, making Jiya yell and fight even harder.
While Manisha demands that Cyrus remove her index finger, Cyrus implores the two women to cool down.
Abdu Rozik shakes his head and laughs as he watches the argument, mocking the people’s loud yelling.
Abhi later presses Jiya for clarification, but all she can say is that she didn’t include him in the game because she didn’t play like the other girls.
Instead, she talks about how Manisha is never able to understand her when they sit down together.
After Abhi says he didn’t enjoy their fight, Jiya says Manisha should have been nominated but she wasn’t, and Manisha goes crying into the garden by herself.
Abhi tries to be a peacemaker when conflicts arise.
Bebika tells Pooja she thinks Abhi and Manisha are jealous of her for having the backing of Pooja.
Pooja tells her she won’t have her back if she acts rudely towards other people.
When Abhi sees Manisha in tears, he asks her what’s wrong and reassures her that, if he weren’t the captain, he, too, would have been chosen.
In the locker room, Jiya, Falaq, and Manisha accuse Manisha of copying and pasting.
Abhi visits Manisha and tells her that Bebika sent him after the housemates tease that Puneet Superstar will return.
Cyrus falls asleep while the siren is going off, so Abhi threatens not to feed him if he doeszes off again.
Abhi and Manisha talk about how Bebika’s changed her opinion of Abhi since Salman Khan praised him.
Abdu bids BB OTT farewell!
In contrast, Manisha massages Abdu as Abhi discusses who he believes should be in the top 5, and Abdu also discusses it.
Later, the roommates are startled by the sirens and the message “time to leave” displayed on the screen.
They are told by Bigg Boss that Abdu must go, but since he is well-known on social media, he gets the opportunity to record a video album with the other nominees.
The Jacuzzi, Gym Area, Garden Terrace, and Bedroom Area are the four places, but in a twist, Abdu may only choose four of the nominated applicants.
Jad, Jiya, Manisha, and Avinash are all taken to different locations by Abdu: Jad to the gym, Manisha to the jacuzzi, and Jiya to the garden terrace.
Abdu then says farewell to his other housemates as Bigg Boss informs him that it is time for him to depart and that they liked having him in the BB OTT House.
Avinash and Jiya discuss how Abdu felt awkward when Manisha tried to kiss him after he has left.
While Abhi attempts to persuade Bebika to make amends to Manisha, Falaq prepares a dessert for the residents of the home.
He names her Babita and jokes that she should clean up the captain’s bowl as she points out his filthy bowl lying in the lawn.
Abhishek tells Manisha that the name of his housekeeper at his home is Babita once she has entered.
Jad tells Jiya and Avinash that he felt delight when he saw Avi express it while enjoying the delicious food that Falaq had prepared for them.
Manisha is weeping when Abhi arrives, so he brings Pooja to comfort her.
